LEGAL / TERMS

Terms of use

These terms govern access to the ServOS marketing website and submission of pilot interest.

Effective July 14, 2026

Website purpose

This website provides information about ServOS and its planned availability. Product descriptions, roadmap dates, and launch pricing may change as beta testing progresses. Submitting interest does not create a subscription, guarantee pilot acceptance, or obligate either party to enter a commercial agreement.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, misrepresent your identity, or use automated systems to abuse forms or infrastructure.

Product access and separate agreements

Access to a ServOS beta, pilot, or paid service may require a separate agreement. If a separate agreement applies, it controls the product relationship to the extent it conflicts with these website terms.

Intellectual property

The ServOS name, website design, product materials, and related content are owned by ServOS or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, ServOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Questions can be sent to hello@tryservos.com. We may update these terms as the website and product evolve.
