ABOUT SERVOS

What ServOS is.

What is ServOS?

ServOS is field service management software built specifically for commercial pest control. It connects recurring scheduling in the office with technician work in the field, and turns each completed visit into a durable service record covering devices, treatments, materials, notes and photos.

Who is ServOS for?

Commercial pest control operators running roughly one to fifteen technicians. The published plans cover a single technician through teams of seven, with custom pricing for eight or more.

Is ServOS available now?

ServOS is in beta. Through the end of 2026 it is being tested internally and alongside a small number of pest control companies, and it opens more broadly to pest control operators in January 2027, starting in Ontario. Demos are being booked now.

Does ServOS work for residential pest control?

ServOS is built commercial-first. Its data model is shaped around recurring service agreements, multi-tenant properties broken into buildings and units, and device-level inspection history — the parts of the work that residential-oriented tools tend to leave out. Operators with a mixed book can run commercial accounts in ServOS today; a residential-first workflow is not the product's focus.

Will ServOS support other field service industries?

Adapting the operating foundation for adjacent field-service industries is on the roadmap after the pest control launch, not before it.

PRICING & PLANS

What it costs.

How much does ServOS cost?

ServOS publishes flat monthly plans by technician count: Solo at US$69 per month for one technician, Team at US$150 per month for up to three technicians, and Operations at US$299 per month for up to seven technicians. Teams of eight or more are priced individually under the Scale plan.

Are prices in USD or CAD?

All published prices are in USD and billed monthly.

Do office and owner users need a seat?

No. Owner and office users are unlimited on every plan. Plans are priced by technician count.

What if I need more technicians than my plan covers?

Additional technicians are US$29 per technician per month within plan limits. Operations covers up to seven technicians; teams with eight or more should ask about the Scale plan.

What is included in each plan?

Core pest-control operations are included in every plan, along with unlimited owner and office users. Plans differ by how many technicians they cover, not by which parts of the system you can use.

PRODUCT & FIELD WORK

How it works.

Is there a mobile app for technicians?

ServOS runs as a mobile-web experience rather than a native app store download. Technicians open it in the browser on the phone they already carry, which avoids app installs, version differences between technicians, and provisioning delays for new or subcontracted staff.

Can ServOS handle multi-tenant properties?

Yes. ServOS models a property down through buildings, units and unit groups, and keeps devices, inspection history and service context attached to the specific location they belong to.

Does ServOS support barcode device scanning?

Yes. Barcode and scan workflows are part of the technician's field experience, so inspection outcomes are recorded against the correct device with its location and history in view.

Does ServOS record chemical and material applications?

Yes. Materials, chemical applications, treatment records, notes and photos are captured against the work performed and carry into the completed job and the account's service history.

Can ServOS produce service reports for property managers?

Yes. Field activity carries into work orders and service reports, so the operational record for the office and the document the customer receives come out of the same visit rather than being rebuilt afterwards.

INTEGRATIONS & ROADMAP

What is coming.

Does ServOS integrate with QuickBooks, Stripe or OpenPhone?

Not yet. QuickBooks, Stripe and Square payments, OpenPhone, Google Calendar, Zapier and an open API, route optimization, and a customer portal with online booking are all planned integrations rather than shipped features. They are listed on the site as future integrations.

When does ServOS launch?

Beta testing with a small group of pest control companies runs through the end of 2026. A wider launch to pest control operators follows in January 2027, starting in Ontario with commercial teams of one to fifteen technicians.

How do I try ServOS?

ServOS is currently booking demos with commercial pest control companies interested in testing the system. You can request one from the contact form on the site or by emailing hello@tryservos.com.
